Distance yourself from the people who Lie to you Lies are a common form of manipulation. They can be as simple as saying "I love you" when it's not true, or saying "I want to spend time with you" when you're not available. They can also be more complex, like when someone says they want to help you but doesn't actually do anything for your benefit. The truth is that lying isn't always bad—it depends on the situation and context. For example: If your friend asks if they should go out tomorrow night after work and all of their plans fall through because they forgot their phone charger at home (which isn't really that big of an issue), then lying wouldn't be necessary since there's no harm in letting them know that something came up earlier than expected—they're still going out with friends! But if someone has lied many times before without ever getting caught on camera or being exposed as such by other people around them...that might war...
